So. Lost 3 pounds. Will never see that "decad" of numbers again. EVER!
This week my goal is still
1) no fast food
2) no eating after dinner ( not doing so good on this one) definitely not as bad as I was. Even put myself to bed at 8p.m. one night so I wouldn't snack.
and number 3........
3) move more!
No problem with #1. Don't even crave it, it actually is revolting if someone suggests it.
#2. Wellll, it's getting better.
#3. Trying to move more everyday, still cant get my ass up to walk on the treadmill before work. I am soooo not a morning person and then to get up and move. Hell no!!!
